Evaluation and diagnosis are available to patients in every US state. Texas is one of five states where we are also able to prescribe controlled-substance medication where it is clinically appropriate, alongside North Dakota, Florida, Nevada, Texas and California.
In practice that means a patient in Texas can complete the whole pathway with us: assessment, diagnosis, a treatment plan, prescribing where indicated, and ongoing review, without needing to involve a separate local provider for medication management.

Assessment is not a quick questionnaire. It involves a full history, structured rating scales, information from more than one setting, and screening for conditions that can look similar to ADHD.
Who we see
We assess and treat children, teenagers and adults aged 5 to 65. For children, an assessment includes a rating form completed by the child's teacher, since ADHD symptoms must be present in more than one setting for a diagnosis to be made.
Cost
A first visit is a flat $100, and follow-up visits are $75. We are cash-pay, which means no insurance involvement and no surprise billing. The cost of any medication is separate and depends on your pharmacy.
Why patients in Texas choose telehealth
