A note on medication. Visit fees cover your appointment and care. If a medication is prescribed, the cost of the medication itself is separate and depends on your pharmacy and coverage. ADHD evaluation and diagnosis are available in all U.S. states; prescriptions for controlled-substance medications are currently available only in North Dakota, Florida, Nevada, Texas, and California.
